The Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, inaugurated in 1880, has always been the pulsating center of the capital's muscial life.Renovated more than once during its history, today it can accommodate about 1600 spectators. The theater's acoustics are legendary and do not have to fear any comparison with other theaters around the world.The most important opera and ballet events of Rome are held by the Teatro Dell'Opera, with a strong tie with the Teatro Nazionale and the Terme of Caracalla.

From Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.; closed on Monday.Should you wish to purchase tickets for a show they will be sold directly at the ticket office one hour prior to the show and 15 minutes after it begins.
