Inspired by the splendid, industrial-style buildings in the Ostiense and Testaccio neighborhoods, Hotel Abitart - an art hotel in Rome - is perfectly integrated into its urban surroundings. Inside, the lamps, applications, mirrors and other decorations are all unique pieces created by young, contemporary Roman artists.
You will find paintings inspired by Matisse, Kounellis and Mirò decorating the common areas, alongside unedited photographs showing a "work in progress" when the hotel was first opened.
